Boardroom Appointments seeks a Finance Executive to provide strategic financial leadership, governance, and robust financial reporting to support sustainable growth. The role partners with the Group CFO and MD to drive planning, risk management, and decision support across the business.

The position oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash management, controls, and financial statements, ensuring alignment with Group policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with Group objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization.
• Maintain strong internal controls in line with group policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, debtors management, and liquidity.
• Partner with leadership to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Provide performance insights with variance analysis to the Group CFO and MD.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team; support governance and risk management.
