Zusammenfassung

Helderberg Personnel is seeking a seasoned financial leader in the Western Cape to oversee the full financial function across creditors, debtors, payroll, banking and compliance. You will manage cash flow, budgets and forecasts while providing strategic support to the CEO to improve profitability.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in senior financial management, strong IFRS/Tax knowledge, ERP experience and the ability to drive efficiencies across farming, wine production and distribution

Qualifikationen

• BCom Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent qualification.
• CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA or SAIPA advantageous.
• 8–10 years’ experience in senior financial management roles.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the full financial function across creditors, debtors, payroll, banking and compliance.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, loan accounts and insurance.
• Prepare management accounts, financial statements, budgets, forecasts and reports.
• Lead external audits, controls, policies and procedures.
• Provide commercial financial support to CEO to drive profitability and shareholder value.
• Oversee SAWIS compliance, wine production costing and distribution
• Direct warehousing, logistics, and ecommerce financials, including integration with ERP.
• Supervise finance team, ensure accurate data management and reporting.
