Exceed Human Resource Consultants in Stellenbosch seeks a senior financial leader to manage operations finance, ensure IFRS compliance and drive strategic budgeting and forecasting. You will oversee month-end close, consolidate results across entities, and guide executive management with business insights.

The role emphasizes financial modelling, KPI development and risk management, with hands-on leadership of finance teams and strong attention to controls and governance.

Competenze

• Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA (CGMA) essential.
• Minimum 5-8 years' relevant financial management experience.
• Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, logistics or operational environments strongly advantageous.
• Proven experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Strong financial modelling and business evaluation experience.
• Advanced financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience in performance management, KPI development and risk management.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and professional judgement.
• Ability to work under pressure and translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Mansioni

• Lead financial management, reporting and governance across the Operations division.
• Oversee month-end reporting and consolidation of financial results across multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Group policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive and operational management.
• Analyse financial performance, KPIs and operational efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and long-term financial planning.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, funding requirements and liquidity planning.
• Oversee inventory, fixed assets and capital expenditure controls.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions and business expansion projects.
• Identify financial risks and strengthen internal controls and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Lead, mentor and develop finance teams across the division.
