Job summary

Absa seeks an External Sales Consultant to actively pursue sales growth and superior service delivery within the George region. You will own performance targets, collaborate across banking segments, and represent Absa at external engagements to drive visibility and business opportunities.

You will mobilize networks, identify cross-sell opportunities, and educate customers on Absa’s value proposition to support migration targets within the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking (minimum).

Responsibilities

• Own & deliver on sales targets for the allocated external sales portfolio.
• Collaborate on cross-team sales opportunities across RB, CIB, and channels.
• Build networks in the region to drive lead generation and Absa visibility.
• Conduct education on Absa’s value proposition to customers and support migration targets.
