Absa External Sales Consultant role focused on pursuing sales growth and service delivery competitiveness within assigned areas. You will own targets, educate customers on Absa’s value proposition, and identify opportunities at events and forums.

You will collaborate with relationship banking, business banking and corporate banking teams, build networks, and ensure compliant sales practices to drive region-wide growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Banking is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver on all performance targets for the external sales portfolio.
• Collaborate on sales opportunities across RB, CIB, and Physical Channels.
• Plan and conduct education on Absa’s value proposition to customers.
• Identify opportunities and represent Absa at external events.
• Build networks to drive lead generation and Absa visibility.
• Maintain governance and compliance in sales processes.
