Job summary

EnableSA Recruitment seeks a Sales Executive for Earth's moving equipment in Cape Town. Promote and market divisions’ products, develop sales plans, and grow market share while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This role requires a Grade 12, a degree is advantageous, and at least 5 years in technical earthmoving sales. The candidate should understand equipment financing, be proficient in MS Office, and hold a valid driver’s license with own transport.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years' technical sales experience in the earthmoving equipment industry.
• Understanding of equipment financing.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid driver's licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the division’s products and services.
• Develop comprehensive sales plans and budgets, taking market trends and company objectives into account.
• Monitor and analyse sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, stakeholders, management, and internal staff.
• Address customer concerns and enquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated area.
• Ensure the successful achievement of monthly and annual targets by selling divisional products to customers and continuously growing market share.
• Manage the allocated area to optimise sales and grow underperforming product categories.
• Utilise company systems to capture all sales-related data and maintain accurate and efficient records.
• Manage calling programmes, quotations, business opportunities, and any other administrative duties as required by the business.
• Utilise existing company data to increase sales to existing and dormant customers.
