Job summary

EnableSA seeks an experienced Sales Executive to join our Cape Town team, driving growth in earthmoving equipment sales and related services. You will develop sales plans, manage key customer relationships, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs.

The role requires a minimum of five years in technical sales within the earthmoving sector, a strong track record of meeting targets, and the ability to analyse data and adapt strategies in a competitive market in Cape

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' technical sales experience in earthmoving equipment.
Degree in Business Management or Marketing is advantageous.
Strong ability to develop sales plans and budgets and monitor results.

Responsibilities

Promote and market the division's products and services.
Develop comprehensive sales plans and budgets, considering market trends and objectives.
Monitor and analyse sales data to inform adjustments to plans.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and staff.
Address customer concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated area.
Achieve monthly and annual targets by expanding market share.
Manage the allocated area to optimise sales and grow product categories.
Utilise company systems to capture data and maintain records.
Manage calling programmes, quotations, and administrative duties as required.
