Revlon is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to lead end-to-end demand planning for the Isando operation. The role partners with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to develop robust forecasts, optimize inventory, and drive profitable growth.

You will apply advanced analytics, market insights, and promotional plans to identify risks and opportunities, mentor junior staff, and contribute to continuous improvement across S&OP processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP/IBF CPF or equivalent advantageous.
• 7–10 years of experience in Demand/Supply planning, S&OP, or related roles.
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Manufacturing, or Retail preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present to leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead rolling 24-month demand forecasts across brands, categories and channels.
• Own demand consensus within the monthly S&OP process.
• Drive alignment among Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning.
• Lead planning for new launches, promotions and events; develop scenario plans.
• Mentor junior planners and drive forecasting improvements and system enhancements.
