You will bridge business intent and technical delivery, embedding governance, controls and scalability from the ground up. You will gather requirements, design data flows, models and remediation strategies, lead cross-functional teams of data engineers, architects and analysts, and own testing, validation and data quality assurance to drive strategic

Qualifications

• Honours Degree in Information Technology or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in data analysis or data solutions, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data architecture, warehousing, lakehouse, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Knowledge of governance, metadata, lineage and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solution designs.
