Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead the CRM/Billing and Payments initiatives within the Technology space. You will own the portfolio roadmap, drive solution delivery, and align with BAU heads and executives to deliver business value across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Implement a portfolio governance framework and operating model and track implementation of relevant initiatives
• Incorporate and translate program ways of work into functional stream ways of working
• Define SLAs, KPIs and implement portfolio, policies, processes, and standards
• Define the program outcomes and outputs in alignment with the organizational objectives

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, coordinate and provide direction for the Group CRM/Billing and Payments vision, strategy and value proposition.
• Own and drive the portfolio roadmap across all business areas and drive solution delivery within the Technology space.
• Liaise with stakeholders across all levels to identify focus areas, unpack business value, and prioritise backlog items by cost/value/effort.
• Align strategy with BAU Functional Heads and Executive Leadership and report progress through the PMO.
