Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Fundraiser specializing in Corporate Partnerships to join their client’s team, remotely supporting their work in Richards Bay. You will identify corporate donors, develop proposals, and manage ongoing partnerships to maximize funding for the organization’s mission.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of CSR, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while building high-level relationships

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or business development with a focus on corporate giving.
• Demonstrated success securing significant contributions from corporate entities.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of CSR and nonprofit sector needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential corporate partners.
• Develop and deliver persuasive proposals outlining partnership opportunities and benefits.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts with strong stewardship and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized partnership programs and campaigns.
• Track fundraising progress and prepare regular reports for management.
• Stay abreast of trends in corporate philanthropy and CSR to identify new engagement opportunities.
