You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors and stakeholders to set realistic timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in construction planning, and expert proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Scheduler.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and critical path.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Analyze requirements and set realistic timelines for all construction phases.
• Monitor progress against baseline and identify deviations.
• Coordinate with teams to gather updates and forecast completion dates.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting milestones, delays, and mitigations.
• Facilitate planning meetings and communicate schedule updates.
