Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Planner or Scheduler in civil engineering or construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and lead times.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed master schedules and short-term construction plans for civil projects.
• Analyze project scope, specifications, and requirements to create accurate timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to gather schedule-related information.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, critical path analysis, and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure optimal allocation and sequencing of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
