Salt is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to support a portfolio of FinTech clients in Stellenbosch. The role focuses on strengthening relationships, regular check-ins, and ensuring clients are happy and well supported.

Experienced client success or account management professional responsible for ongoing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships across an assigned portfolio of clients.
Conduct regular client check-ins to monitor satisfaction, engagement and account health.
Act as a key contact for clients, addressing queries effectively.
Engage with senior stakeholders across HR, payroll, finance and business leaders.
