Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive new business in Gauteng and ensure client needs are met. You will collaborate with support and operations to nurture relationships and grow revenue across accounts.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, is proficient in MS Office, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also prepare detailed reports and support collections activities.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is required.
• A relevant qualification/degree is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Attain new accounts for the business in line with targets.
• Ensure client needs and expectations are met by the business.
• Maintain knowledge of competing products/services and pricing structures.
• Ensure profitable sales volume and targets are met.
• Assess and validate consumer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with customer support and resource management to meet performance objectives.
• Regular follow up of orders.
• Assist with timely collections of outstanding invoices.
• Manage issues with internal and external customers.
• Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist management with company-wide strategic planning.
• Ensure work is executed per company policies and procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports for each consumer’s requirements.
