Job summary

ATLAS ANALYTICS is hiring a remote, full-time Client Relationship & Account Manager to own client relationships commercially from onboarding to renewal and expansion. You’ll manage a portfolio of B2B tech clients, translate performance into decisions, and actively develop accounts through renewals, upsells, and referrals.

You operate inside an engine that already runs; your job is to keep it sharp, aligned, and commercially effective, with robust CRM discipline and data-driven decisions.

• Own client onboarding, structured updates, decisions, and clear meeting outcomes
• Act as strategic growth partner by linking client goals to campaign execution and data-backed recommendations
• Drive renewals, upsell/expansion, referrals, and forecast hygiene with clear ROI
• Scale successful practices by creating SOPs and reducing process noise
