Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant with a strong focus on Strategy Execution to join our Nelspruit team in Mpumalanga. You will translate strategic visions into actionable plans and oversee their implementation on client sites.

You will lead workstreams, manage key stakeholders, and develop KPIs to track progress while collaborating with senior leadership. Travel to client sites within Mpumalanga is required; a background in strategy frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years in management consulting, strategy, or operations with execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine strategy execution roadmaps.
• Lead project teams in implementing strategic initiatives.
• Identify roadblocks to strategy execution and develop mitigation plans.
