The Executive Director at University of Cape Town will lead strategic management, development and optimisation of the university's multi-site property and infrastructure portfolio. You will ensure that assets, facilities, services and infrastructure are planned, developed, maintained and leveraged to support teaching, learning, research and community impact.

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Built Environment, Property Studies, or Commerce.
• Professional registration with a relevant statutory or professional body.
• At least 10 years' experience in senior or executive leadership in a multi-site real estate, property, infrastructure or built-environment organisation.
• Experience in safety, security and facilities management with relevant technologies.
• Experience developing integrated spatial frameworks for large-scale urban precincts.
• Ability to build and sustain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Proven strategic thinking and change leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead across all functions related to property and infrastructure management, including capital development projects and facilities services.
• Identify opportunities to optimise asset value and support strategic partnerships.
• Advance precinct development and contribute to sustainable revenue diversification and long-term sustainability.
