Flair TM in Durban invites a seasoned Regional Property, Building & Asset Manager to own property condition, asset integrity and lifecycle across multiple sites. You will lead hard and soft facilities, manage SLAs, and drive preventative maintenance while coordinating with campus partners.

You will oversee OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, three-year forecasts, and timely financial reporting to leadership and owners, ensuring cost control and compliant procurement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in multi-site property or operations management.
• Experience in Student Accommodation, Hospitality or related sectors is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team-management capability.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting expertise.

Responsabilités

• Regional accountability for property condition, building performance and asset integrity across multiple sites.
• Maintain asset registers, lifecycle management and replacement cycles with oversight of SLAs.
• Ensure preventative and lifecycle maintenance programmes are effectively implemented.
• Oversee compliance with safety, building codes, local authorities and institutional requirements.
• Provide regional oversight of facilities services, contractor management and cost effectiveness.
• Drive occupancy planning, portfolio optimization and year-on-year operational improvements.
• Lead Residence Managers and regional teams with performance reviews and succession planning.
• Develop and execute regional strategies with monthly reporting across occupancy, financial performance and maintenance.
