SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to work on-site in Woodmead, reporting to the Business Analysis and PMO Manager. The role focuses on investigating, analysing, developing, testing, and implementing systems and processes that improve organisational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in business analysis, with strong skills in MS Excel and Power BI, and experience mapping procedures. Agile exposure is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Matric is required with a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance and/or IT advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis, process mapping or new system implementations.
• Operational experience in mapping and improving procedures.
• Experience with Agile project management is a plus.
• Ability to analyse data using MS Excel or Power BI analytics.

Aufgaben

• Drive Change Proposal Requests with Functional Areas.
• Evaluate and prioritise items logged into the PMO against business objectives.
• Define business case requirements with stakeholders to ensure value in requirements and outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery and prioritise sprint items with operations.
• Map new procedures and publish them to the business.
• Update the Operations Manual and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Act as liaison during project delivery and testing phases.
