Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal and collaborative teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed business requirements with stakeholders.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRs, process flows, and use cases.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems by supporting project teams.
