Job summary

Ekco is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid and tender processes. You will coordinate inputs from Sales, Pre‑Sales, Procurement and Finance, ensuring timely, compliant and compelling submissions for public and private sector opportunities.

You will liaise with technical and commercial teams, maintain bid content, and support pricing, governance, and post-submission clarifications. The role offers growth within a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid, proposal or commercial support roles within MSP or IT services.
• Strong written and verbal communication for persuasive responses.
• Excellent organisation to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• High attention to detail with strong compliance focus.
• Experience responding to public sector frameworks and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end bid processes for public/private opportunities.
• Gather inputs from Sales, Pre-Sales, Procurement and Finance.
• Maintain bid timelines, ensure on-time submissions.
• Collate responses, ensure compliance and standard formatting.
• Support pricing models and governance alignment within bids.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
