Job summary

Ekco is seeking a Bid Manager to support end-to-end bid and tender processes across public and private sectors, coordinating inputs from Sales, Pre-Sales, Procurement and Finance to deliver timely, compliant submissions. You will manage timelines, maintain a content library, align commercial governance, and help improve win rates through consistent messaging and rigorous review.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bid, proposal, or commercial support role in MSP/IT services.
• Strong written and verbal communication to produce clear, persuasive responses.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance focus.
• Experience responding to public sector frameworks and tenders.
• Pro-active approach to managing the full bid lifecycle.
• Understanding of managed services, cloud, networking, security, or IT support offerings.
• Experience with CRM systems and document management.
• Understanding of margin management and commercial governance within an MSP.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bid process for public and private sector opportunities.
• Coordinate timelines and inputs across Sales, Pre-Sales, Procurement and Finance.
• Ensure bid submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Collate, review, and format bid responses for clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain and develop a bid content library with standard responses and case studies.
• Support pricing models, cost validation and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical teams and Procurement to gather accurate information.
