Greenro Solutions is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Electrical & Automation engineering space. You will identify opportunities, win strategic projects, and nurture relationships with clients and partners, aligning complex technical solutions with market needs.

Lead proposals, negotiations, and deal closures across lifecycle services including design, procurement, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in technical business development or sales within EC&I/automation.
• Proven track record of winning EC&I packages for water, wastewater, industrial, energy, or process plants.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Translate technical solutions into clear business value and lead proposal development, negotiation and deal closure.
