Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in electrical engineering and project management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing large-scale electrical programs.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in site-based operations and maintenance environments
• Proven experience managing client contracts and SLAs

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of projects and maintenance operations at client sites.
• Coordinate multiple projects to meet deadlines, budgets and quality.
• Ensure reliable operation of electrical, control and instrumentation systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships per SLAs.
• Align project goals with organizational objectives and drive delivery.
