Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical business development or sales within the EC&I / automation sector.
- Proven track record of winning EC&I packages for water and wastewater, industrial, energy, or process plants (EPC/M, EPCM, or direct-to-end-client).
- Strong existing network within the said sectors/industries.
- Strong technical understanding of LV/MV switch-gear, MCCs, PLC/SCADA, DCS, instrumentation, and ATEX/IECEx environments.
- Commercial acumen – able to structure framework agreements, various construction contracts, and joint ventures.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for proposals and deals.
- Lead proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures for Electrical & Automation engineering services.
- Sell comprehensive lifecycle services (design, procurement, installation, commissioning, maintenance).
