Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Transformation Analyst to support BBBEE and transformation initiatives in Cape Town. You will ensure BBBEE compliance, support audits, and provide insightful data analysis and reporting to drive regulatory compliance and business growth.

You will partner with People Operations, Payroll, Finance and Legal to embed transformation across processes, while promoting awareness and delivering guidance for managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years' BBBEE compliance, transformation or Employment Equity experience.
• Experience supporting BBBEE verification audits and scorecard management.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure ongoing adhe rence to BBBEE legislation, codes, reporting and sector requirements.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify improvements.
• Prepare and submit BBBEE compliance reports to authorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement BBBEE strategies.
• Analyze initiatives and recommend enhancements for empowerment and transformation.
• Collect, analyse and report data on employment equity, ownership and related areas.
• Identify trends and present insights to inform decisions.
• Engage with People Operations, Payroll, Finance and Legal to integrate BBBEE into processes.
• Develop awareness sessions and guidance materials; support change management.
• Maintain personnel and training records and support audits and programmes.
