Job summary

Maersk seeks a Transformation Analyst in Cape Town to support BBBEE and transformation initiatives. You will ensure BBBEE compliance, assist audits, and deliver data-driven insights to advance regulatory alignment and sustainable growth.

Work with People Operations, Finance and Legal to embed BBBEE into processes, develop dashboards, and communicate progress to leadership in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• BBBEE compliance and transformation experience.
• Auditing and verification support.
• Data interpretation, dashboard reporting and trend analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure BBBEE compliance with codes and sector requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop BBBEE strategies.
• Collect, analyse and report data on employment equity and enterprise development.
• Engage with internal teams to embed BBBEE into processes.
• Prepare training materials and support change management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance.
