Job summary

Maersk in Cape Town seeks a Transformation Analyst to support BBBEE and transformation initiatives. The role focuses on compliance, audits, data analysis and reporting, contributing to regulatory adherence and sustainable growth.

Based in Cape Town, you will partner with People Operations, Payroll, Finance and Legal to embed BBBEE into processes and drive awareness across the organisation. A 12-month fixed-term contract with a collaborative, values-driven culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, accounting, law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in BBBEE compliance, transformation, Employment Equity or HR compliance.
• Experience supporting BBBEE verification audits and scorecard management.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organisations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure BBBEE compliance, codes and sector requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports for authorities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align BBBEE strategies with goals.
• Collect and analyse data on employment equity, ownership, skills development.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
