Job summary

Sage is seeking a Transformation Intern in Johannesburg to support compliance and monitor BBEEE transformation plan initiatives across Ownership, Procurement, ESD, Management Control, Skills Development, and SED. The role involves assisting with quarterly BBEEE reports, refining procedures, and training staff.

Requirements include Grade 12 and a degree or diploma in HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Entrepreneur Management, plus basic MS Office, strong administration, project management, and

Qualifications

• Grade 12 matric is required.
• Degree or national diploma in HR / Supply Chain / Procurement / Entrepreneur Management is required.

Responsibilities

• Collate quarterly BBEEE reports for the Director to table to EXCO and divisions.
• Refine standard procedure documents for the scorecard.
• Assist in training managers and employees on the BBBEE scorecard.
• Generate and distribute preferential procurement reports monthly with procurement manager and owners.
• Oversee the BBBEE system, BEE123.
• Assist the procurement manager when required.
• Assist with CSR project management.
• Provide Employment Equity reports to the Director and coordinate EE submissions.
