Job summary

Property24, part of the OLX Group, is seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to own the B2B marketing strategy and revenue enablement across agents, developers and business partners. You will build and lead a small team, align with Sales, Product, Data, CRM and PR, and report to global marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing with deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategy.
• Proven experience in leading marketing teams, 5+ years.
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and driving ROI.
• Resilient mindset; will to execute and deliver.
• Ability to explain B2B marketing impact through analysis and rigor.
• Experience in B2B brand management with demonstrated commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and execution for Property24's B2B segment across agents, developers and business partners.
• Lead a small marketing team; collaborate with Sales, GTM, Product, Data, CRM and external agencies.
• Drive go-to-market, events, PR, activations and partnerships; measure and optimize impact.
