Placements24 is seeking a highly creative Remote Real Estate Marketing Specialist to boost online presence and drive lead generation across South Africa. You will craft digital strategies for buyers and sellers, and build a strong brand in markets including Klerksdorp.

This is a fully remote role with potential bonuses. You’ll develop campaigns across social, email, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, and produce compelling property content while optimizing websites and channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record in digital marketing strategies delivering measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a relevant portfolio.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing).
• Create engaging marketing content including property descriptions, social posts, blog articles, and video scripts.
• Manage and optimize the company website and social profiles to boost engagement and leads.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on key metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and property management teams to align marketing with launches.
