Job summary

Amazon Commercial Services (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Associate Account Manager to manage brand relationships and growth strategies. You will own end-to-end brand programs, analyze performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.

You will drive promotional activities, monitor success metrics daily, and ensure a strong brand experience with AVS.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
• NQF Level 7 minimum with 1+ years in relevant areas or NQF Level 6 with 3+ years in relevant areas.
• Experience with data analytics and Excel/PowerPoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use data analytics to identify opportunities and advise on Amazon programs.
• Drive supply chain initiatives to reduce costs, defects, and lead times.
• Plan and manage promotional activities for events and campaigns.
• Coordinate advertising on brand opportunities.
• Grow product selection by managing launches and improving discovery.
• Maintain strategic relationships with brand partners and conduct reviews.
