Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in automotive operations.
• Experience managing large teams and complex supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ford Silverton operations with accountability for performance and SLAs.
• Drive commercial/financial performance and profitability of operations.
• Manage daily operations and Lean improvement initiatives.
• Oversee people management, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure SHERQ compliance and quality management across departments.
• Coordinate client relationships and KPI reporting.
