Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors, who define AI strategy and shape agentic solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll lead end-to-end engagements, map AI roadmaps, and drive measurable adoption across value lifecycles.

You’ll collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and stakeholders to deliver solutions using agentic AI platforms, Data Cloud, and related Salesforce tools, ensuring business value throughout deployment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Customer-facing delivery experience required (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of Salesforce platform, Agentic AI capabilities, and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle, owning outcomes at every stage.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops for agentic AI platforms.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagement.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions with AI tools and translate feedback into product roadmap.
