Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning, advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience delivering for customers in professional services or advisory.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud; familiarity with Agentic AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and architecture; lead design workshops.
• Oversee deployment timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Drive adoption, metrics, and value realization.
• Coordinate delivery teams with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Vibes).
• Manage customer stakeholders and communicate business value.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management.
• Provide product feedback to influence roadmap.
