Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers. You will lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards for large-scale deployments.

In this role you will design agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, manage data lifecycles, and collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate complex customer challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Proven end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform and integration patterns for enterprise environments.
Own the data lifecycle including model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI applications.
Mentor other engineers through code reviews and pair sessions.
Provide technical depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to product and engineering.
