Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic solutioning or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform and Data Cloud/Agentic AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and architecture for client deployments.
• Manage delivery timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive adoption, measure value, and coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Develop agentic AI solutions with tools like Cursor, Claude and related platforms.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to present business value and outcomes.
