Qualifications

Master's degree in Agribusiness, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in agribusiness development, strategic planning, or business management.
Demonstrated success in identifying and launching new business initiatives.
Strong understanding of agricultural value chains and market dynamics in South Africa.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new agribusiness ventures.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market share and profitability.
Build and maintain relationships with farmers, suppliers, buyers, and partners.
Identify funding opportunities and prepare grant proposals and investment pitches.
