Responsibilities

• Sets strategic consulting direction and client ownership for a portfolio aligned with OMCC strategy.
• Manages implementation of strategy, monitors results and adjusts as required.
• Delivers post-retirement medical aid, general, actuarial, consulting and legal services to clients.
• Develops and leads OMCC client strategy and contributes to product development.
• Ensures regulatory alignment of systems and processes and maintains trustee relationships.
• Manages budgets and seeks opportunities for new business while retaining existing clients.
