Qualifications

Nearly/newly qualified actuary with extensive insurance experience.
MBA or commercial qualification would be advantageous.
10 years track record in Employee Benefit, Actuarial and post-retirement outsourcing.

Responsibilities

Sets strategic consulting direction and client ownership for OMCC portfolio.
Manages implementation of strategy, monitors results and adjusts as needed.
Delivers post-retirement medical aid consulting and related services to clients.
Leads client strategy development and enhances OM Corporate offerings.
