Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking an STP Developer to join our Technology team in Cape Town. You will develop modern payment solutions, automate processes, and support scalable client services in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Responsibilities include agile delivery, designing and deploying applications, managing backlogs, and collaborating with customers and partners to refine requirements. A strong background in Azure, .NET, APIs, and financial tech is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Azure Integration framework, Microservices, API and Event Driven Architecture.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and DevOps practices is desirable.
• Knowledge of trading platforms and financial system integration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team, delivering through agile methodologies.
• Manage team priorities and progress on agile boards.
• Develop payment solutions interfacing with market infrastructure, SWIFT, and Banks.
• Administer, configure and maintain payment platforms.
• Design, prototype, develop, test, and deploy applications against business requirements.
• Develop STP solutions and database structures to support them.
• Optimize the build and release processes.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and peers to refine requirements.
