You will manage stock planning, cycle counts, and the receipt/issuance of tools and consumables, while upholding accurate records and aligning with OHS requirements.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in store management within manufacturing or engineering industries
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Business acumen and persuasive communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage stock control, safety regulations, and team supervision
• Proficiency in stock planning and cycle counting processes

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial and operational control of all store functions
• Manage stock planning, ordering, and cycle counts
• Supervise receiving, issuing, and reconciliation of tools, consumables, and gas bottles
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations concerning hazardous substances
• Oversee timesheet management for store-related personnel
• Maintain accurate record-keeping and stock control systems
• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational targets
