Job summary

Kerry Kopp Recruitment seeks a Stores Clerk to support requisitions, stock receiving and distribution in a manufacturing setting. You will assist with stock takes, stores administration, and ensure compliance with production processes and safety procedures.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Business Economics, 1 year in stores, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems; a valid driver's license and a clear criminal record are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or business economics.
• 1 year of practical stores experience including stock control and issuing documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
• English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear criminal record.
• Experience in Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Business Economics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the requisition process, receiving and distribution of stock and non-stock items.
• Assist with stock takes.
• Carry out general stores administration.
• Comply with the production and safety procedures.
• Comply with ISO and Quality Management Systems.
