Festive, one of South Africa's leading integrated poultry producers within the Astral Group, is looking for 2x storemen in the Engineering Store Department. The role involves stock reconciliation, daily cycle counts, stock-takes, and tracking aging or expiring stock.

The successful candidate must have Grade 12, at least 3 years in stores, be computer literate, fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills, and be willing to work shifts.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assist the store controller with daily store admin tasks.
• Daily capturing of issue notes into ERP LN to ensure reliable stock transactions.
• Maintain housekeeping in line with 20 Keys Level 4 accredited standards.
• Ensure stock receipt aligns with KPI’s and procedures.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes timely and accurately.
• Issue stock to internal customers per KPI’s and procedures.
• Maintain 20 Keys, HACCP and Risk Control.

Festive, one of South Africa's leading integrated poultry producers within the Astral Group, is looking for 2x storeman in the Engineering Store Department commercial division. The role will be stock reconciliation, conducting daily cycle counts, stock-takes, and tracking aging or expiring stock.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Assisting the store controller with daily store admin tasks.
• Daily capturing of issue notes into ERP LN system to ensure reliable, accurate stock transactions take place as per Astral procedures.
• Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained and is done in line with our 20 Keys - Level 4 accredited standards in stores.
• Ensuring that all stock/non stock items received is done in-line with stores KPI’S and Astral procedures.
• Ensure that weekly and monthly stock takes are done timeously and accurately as per Astral procedures.
• Ensure that all issuing of stock to internal customers are done correctly as per stores KPI’S and Astral procedures.
• Maintaining 20 Keys/ HACCP / Risk Control.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least 3 years’ experience in stores environment.
• Computer literate.
• Fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management.
• Must be willing to work shifts.
