Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a retail team and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to drive customer experience processes to meet service standards and sales targets.
• Coaching and mentoring store associates to improve product knowledge and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations to meet objectives and customer service standards.
• Drive sales through customer experience processes, promotions, and feedback to meet targets and new account/membership goals.
• Lead and mentor the team to achieve KPIs and implement the store's operational strategy.
• Oversee stock receipt, unpacking, merchandising, and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels, stock takes, loss action plans, and ensure stockroom housekeeping.
• Support compliance checks, audits, reports, and health & safety standards.
