Job summary

Mr Price Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of passionate associates and maximise store sales while maintaining stock loss controls and overall store administration.

You will manage stock, expenses, targets, and use store resources effectively. You will train staff, uphold company policies, and ensure excellent customer service, store cleanliness, and compliance with laws and standards.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required; Mathematics is an advantage.
• 2 years’ experience in a Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role, preferably in a similar retail environment.
• Excellent business English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to maximise store sales and targets.
• Manage stock and control expenses to meet business targets.
• Ensure adherence to stock loss benchmarks and store policies.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of stock and store procedures; custodian of company policies.
