Job summary

PEP Stores is seeking a Store Leader to drive sales, cost control and world-class store standards in Gauteng. You will manage stock, promotions and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining the store image.

Lead a team with training and coaching, uphold health and safety standards, and handle administration in line with company guidelines. Closing date: 9 October 2026. Internal candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed.
• Tertiary business/retail degree or diploma is advantageous.
• 1–2 years retail leadership experience.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by focusing on customer service and world-class store standards; maintain stock and implement promotions.
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and following security procedures.
• Manage costs in line with the company’s cost-conscious culture; drive efficiencies.
• Oversee administrative duties according to company guidelines.
• Lead a dynamic team with training, coaching and performance management.
• Maintain health, safety and housekeeping standards.
