Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in inventory management and loss prevention techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
• Drive sales performance by setting targets, motivating the sales team, and implementing effective sales strategies.
