Mr Price Group Atlantis Store, located in the Western Cape, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, manage stock and deliver excellent customer service. The role focuses on budgeting, team development and adherence to company standards.

You will analyse performance data, implement promotional activities, and ensure stockroom upkeep while nurturing talent and delivering a memorable shopping experience for customers in a busy mall environment.

Competenze

• Grade 12.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a retail store management capacity.
• Knowledge on sales & service management.
• Budgeting knowledge.
• Business understanding of retail trade, brand, customer & product.

• Lead daily store operations to meet targets and customer service standards.
• Manage stock, stock loss prevention and housekeeping of stockroom.
